Community posts are public after publication. Email addresses are used only for administration and are never shown publicly. A random browser member identifier may be stored in a secure cookie to connect contributions and build anti-spam reputation.

Rate-limit and abuse-prevention data can include hashed technical request signals. Uploaded images become public only with a published contribution. Pending uploads and application data are blocked from direct web access.

Helpful votes and followed discussions are stored with hashed device-member identifiers so the public interface does not need to expose the underlying browser identifier. Optional contributor-background information may appear publicly on a community profile. Admin-reviewed expertise verification is stored as profile metadata.

Basement Atlas counts aggregate visits with first-party cookies. The traffic counter stores totals, broad acquisition-source categories, country when supplied by the platform/server, and broad landing-section groups only; it does not store raw referrer URLs, raw IP addresses, exact page-by-page browsing histories or persistent server-side visitor identifiers.

Clicks from Basement Atlas to the disclosed KÆLDER-RENOVERING practical sources are counted only in aggregate by source and placement. The direct external link is preserved, and the click counter does not store the question text, raw IP address or raw referrer URL.

Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent. Basement Atlas does not send a user name or email address to Google Analytics.

Basement Atlas also keeps aggregate counts of quick-dialogue questions, conversations, follow-up questions, country/market and topic. The analytics file does not store the private question text, name, email address or raw IP address.

Optional “helpful / not helpful” ratings on quick-dialogue answers are stored only as aggregate counts by topic and answer intent. The rating data does not store the question text, name, email address or raw IP address.

Do not publish private addresses, phone numbers or other sensitive personal data.
